In response to the challenges patients face with traditional insurance models, such as high deductibles and impersonal care, DSP offers the Chiropractic Concierge Club—a Direct Primary Care (DPC) solution designed to restore the vital doctor-patient relationship. This membership-based program provides affordable, personalized chiropractic care without the hassles of insurance.

Membership Options:
  1. Gold Level Membership:

    • Benefits: Up to 4 chiropractic visits per month, including adjustments and therapies (excluding dry needling and ARP Wave therapy). Additional visits are available at $50 each.

    • Pricing:

      • One-time annual payment of $1,980 (includes one month free).

      • Monthly payment of $180; $120 for members under 18 attached to an adult (first two months required upfront).

    • Family plans available upon request.

  2. Silver Level Membership:

    • Benefits: Up to 2 chiropractic visits per month, including adjustments and therapies (excluding dry needling and ARP Wave therapy). Additional visits are available at $50 each.

    • Pricing:

      • One-time annual payment of $1,100 (includes one month free).

      • Monthly payment of $100; $70 for members under 18 attached to an adult (first two months required upfront).

  3. Wellness Treatment Packages:

    • For patients seeking flexible care options:

      • 10-visit package: $550

      • 4-visit package: $240

Additional Services:

  • Dry Needling: Available for an additional $20 per session.

  • ARP Wave Therapy: Available for an additional $50 per session.

  • Priority Scheduling: Guaranteed appointments within 1–2 days of request, often same-day (subject to doctor availability).

  • Direct Communication: After-hours calls are forwarded to the doctor’s personal cell phone, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
