Personal Thank You Letter for 2018

I wanted to personally write you and say Happy New Year! As 2018 has come to a close, I’m writing to you to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation of being part of the Dynamic Spine and Performance community. 6 years ago, I began my practice to create an environment that supported the heart of the patient-physician relationship in the Houston/Katy Communities. My lifelong pursuit as a doctor is my unwavering stand and commitment to continuous learning, research and innovation to ensure each of you have the very best that “evidence based chiropractic” can offer. It is important to me that I instill my passion for excellence by ensuring that each of you are treated with the compassion as if you were a close friend or family member.

My motto for 2019 is, “Happiness is more a state of health than of wealth” – Unknown. This is why starting this year I have made available a Concierge Chiropractic Club option and want to extend you a personal invitation.

“I intend to counter local trends by providing patient-centered chiropractic care. This will improve the doctor-patient experience by using the technology and services we have at our fingertips. Furthermore, I want to help my patients be engaged in their overall health and wellness. Over time these efforts can lower the overall cost of primary care and healthcare in general.”

I have also reintroduced ARP Wave Therapy, which helped patients successfully prevent surgery, recover faster pre and post-surgery and start doing what the love best and get back to their normal life.

One of the best and easiest ways to help me out is by giving me a review on Google (Houston and Katy offices), also following me on social media (Facebook , Instagram) and “Liking” and “Sharing” my posts. This will make me be more noticed within the community, giving me the opportunity to help educate as many people as I possibly can.

2018 was a tremendously successful year in health for our patients at Dynamic Spine and Performance Center. While working with you over this past year, our office continues to document significant positive results in decreased healing times for muscle sprain/strains, neck pain, sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, and many other health conditions returned to health and wellness. And of course headaches, aches/pains, and “bad backs” were cared for and in many cases prevented.

In 2019 at Dynamic Spine and Performance Center, there are many great benefits for YOU, our patients. I plan on continuing to invest in education and health/wellness management tools to improve the health and education of the community. You can expect an online patient education center, where I plan on “vlogging” and “blogging” where you will be able to learn and understand the latest news in health, benefits of chiropractic, injury prevention, and overall health and wellness topics.

As always, my commitment to you is to provide you with the best chiropractic care possible in a comfortable and caring environment. It is the result of your kind referrals and confidence in my practice that I continue to grow as I am now helping to improve the health of many of your friends and family members. I am very grateful. If there is someone you care about who is having difficulty with their health that you know would benefit from chiropractic care, you are welcome to call me directly. Thank you for your trust, confidence and allowing me to care for your chiropractic needs. 2019, BRING IT ON!

For many people, the transition is a symbolic new start, a time to improve health or make other changes. If you are among the millions making a New Year’s resolution or striving to make improve your health in the months ahead here are a few things to think about.

  1. Change is a process, not an event – Set smaller goals at first that work into one bigger goal. With the idea that each goal is preparation for the next goal and so on.
  2. It can take a few rounds – The path between each goal is rarely straightforward. Most people relapse at some point and recycle through one or more goals. Relapse is common, perhaps even inevitable. You should regard it as an integral part of the process.

The top 5 health conditions that affected Americans in 2018 are as follows, which all can be prevented with behavioral change in health and wellness:

  1. Hypertension
  2. Major depression
  3. High cholesterol
  4. Coronary artery disease
  5. Type 2 diabetes

Thank you for your business this past year. It has been an honor and pleasure to help you reach your goals, and I look forward to contributing to your success for many years to come.

Warmest Regards,

Dr. Stephen Ford, DC

P.S. I also a certified Animal Chiropractor! Treating all walks of life!
